How do we do it?

We use a low temperature vacuum based system called TXME® to remove moisture from fruit and vegetables much more quickly than normal drying processes.

This means we require no freezing or high temperature frying to remove water, leaving a moisture content of less than 1% whilst avoiding excessive oxidization, thus maintaining a high nutritional content and a crunchy texture without the need for any additives, added salt or sugar, preservatives, artificial colours or flavour enhancers.

We have invested heavily in our facility at Benahadux in Almería to create one of the most advanced dehydration plants in the world, giving full traceability and continuous high quality for everything we produce.

Our current range is:

  • Fruits: apple, mango, strawberry, pineapple and banana.
  • Vegetables: tomato, pepper, onion, pumpkin, beetroot and sweet potato.
